Installation instructions

Reference the System Requirements to confirm your mobile device meets the Windows or Mac OS requirements for install.

Download the file to your computer:

  1. Click on the Download button.
  2. In the HP ePrint Mobile window, double-click the installer icon.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. A wizard will guide you through the install steps.
  5. Documentation of proper steps for installation or upgrade can be found in the HP ePrint Software User Guide.

Note: Before you discover direct wireless printers, your HP product must be set up and enabled for wireless direct network connectivity. Not every HP wireless capable product support Wireless Direct.

ePrint requires software installation, an Internet or direct wireless connection to the printer, and HP Web Services Account Registration. To create an account, go to www.hpconnected.com. Print times may vary. Please consult your HP product manual for steps to enable HP ePrint for your ePrint capable devices.
